Setting A Jarring Note

All sorts of containers are used at weddings to display beautiful flowers to enhance a special day, but there is little that can compare with a simple glass jar, or a small bottle. As you can see, these wonderful little flower treats can illuminate any type of wedding venue - from country house and castle to modern hotel or village hall.
Here are a few of my favourites from Flowerscape weddings...

FLOWERSCAPE Christmas Flowerschool

Gill is fulfilling an ambition on 13th December with the first step towards creating Gill Stewart FLOWERSCHOOL as an offshoot of FLOWERSCAPE. Gill has demonstrated her flower styling on a number of occasions over the years, but with the invitation from Corrie House at Craobh Haven to show how to create a Christmas wreath for your door or to hang in your home over the festive season, the opportunity was too good to miss.

Gill is well-known for her intuitive floral flair and exuberant designs. She has created complete flower stylings for over 200 weddings in Scotland and Ireland in the last few years, and was the recommended florist for 2015 at the prestigious Powerscourt House near Dublin. Her creations have graced many wedding venues, including Edinburgh City Chambers and Inveraray Castle. Gill has been a pioneer in the current vogue for Venue Styling for weddings and events and is including this service as an option for clients in 2016.

At Corrie House there will be wreath-making in the morning and decorative table centres after lunch. An enjoyable, creative and festive day is anticipated. Contact Joan at Corrie House, 01852 500779 for more infomation and book your place.
